The installation of the new Amana washer was not as uncomplicated as we hoped. The delivery organization seemed confused that they had been necessary to install the washer - and was not pleased that not pleased that every little thing wasn't in place prior to their arrival. They also refused to "haul away" the old washer - they mentioned that was not element of the service. On the positive side that installation did take place throughout the time window that we were offered.

I had my new Amana washer installed and it could not have gone superior. I got a telephone contact, from a HUMAN asking me what day would be good for me. She also asked about stairs and so on. and was super good. Then I got a laptop call yesterday, letting me know that the washer would be installed between 830 and 12. Type of a big window of time, but hey, I was off anyhow. Then right now I got an additional call, from a human once again (not a pc..yuck!) and the driver let me know that they were inside fifteen minutes of arrival. About ten minutes later they showed up. There had been two guys, a dolly, my washer and all the stuff to hook it up. Very first they measured the doorways which I was nervous about but they stated they had been not a challenge and it turned out fine! Then they hauled out my old washer and left it outside as I had asked. One particular of the guys did say that the spigot was leaking a bit and was not positive if he had broken a seal someplace or not, but it is old and has in no way been altered.
