The major concern I have is the drying...it takes almost two hours per load to dry. One factor I discovered, which is the culprit as to why it's not drying, is the lower dry-vent (situated front bottom suitable). Water from the spins cycle ends up in this trap stopping the clothes to dry. My resolution: raise the machine about 6 inches (advised for balance) and open the vent-trap with a bucket in front. It's a ghetto remedy but it helps with the drying. I attempted to acquire a part with a valve to resolve the difficulty but it has a custom treaded cap which suggests no household improvement stores will carry a compatible element and Haier doesn't make on either. So, like I stated, for the price I paid, I was expecting a better performing machine.
Do NOT think of this item. We purchased one particular in August, and it hasn't worked due to the fact. The business refuses to support, repairs fail to repair it, no one calls us back.
